The canoe/kayak will be ready from the starting point at 9.00 am, and must arrive at the ending point no later than 5.00 pm (but at 8.00 pm during our high season, 16/6-15/8).

Before the trip it is possible to spend the night at Danhostel, Radisson Blu Hotel Papirfabrikken and Hotel Dania.

After the trip it is possible to spend the night at Danhostel, Radisson Blu Hotel Papirfabrikken and Hotel Dania.

Cancellation

Price: 5% of the total price (but at least 50.00 DKK)

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the start date/time, 100% of the full amount will be refunded*.
If you cancel at least 36 hours before the start date/time, 75% of the full amount will be refunded*.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start date/time, 50% of the full amount will be refunded*.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start date/time, no refund will be given.

*The amount for the purchased cancellation option is non-refundable.

Please note that you can always modify your booking after payment by contacting us via email or phone. Any optionally added extra equipment will always be refunded in full.
