Cancellation option - peace of mind and flexibility for your trip

We know that plans can change, which is why we've made it easy for you to protect yourself against unforeseen events like illness or bad weather. By adding our cancellation option, you'll have a flexible and reassuring solution if you need to cancel your trip - in whole or in part.

How it works

The cancellation option costs only 5% of the total amount of the booking, with a minimum of DKK 50, and can be purchased directly during booking. Please note that it is not possible to purchase the cancellation option after the booking has been completed.

In case of cancellation, your booking amount will be refunded according to the following deadlines:

• No later than 48 hours before start: 100% of the booking amount*
• No later than 36 hours before start: 75% of the booking amount*
• No later than 24 hours before start: 50% of the booking amount*
• Less than 24 hours before start: No refund

*Note: The amount of the purchased cancellation option is non-refundable.

Changes to your booking

If you need to change your booking after payment, you can always contact us by email or phone. Any amounts for purchased extras are always 100% refundable upon cancellation.

Safe and easy cancellation

Cancellation doesn't have to be for the entire booking - it can also be for changes to parts of your trip. For example, if you have booked five canoes but only need four, you can easily cancel one canoe and get the corresponding amount refunded according to our deadlines.
