How to book
Follow our 3 steps to booking your Family Package
Book Canoes or Kayaks
- Select the number of canoes/kayaks and number of days.
- Select the start and end point of your trip.
- Add to basket and click continue to accommodation.
Book Family Tent

Select an accommodation and check available tents and dates

Book Family tent and number of people

Add to basket and select "Book more tents" if you need to add more nights
Confirm and pay
- Check that everything is correct in the basket.
- Confirm your booking and complete the payment.
- Everything is ready for your Overnight Canoe Trip in a Family Tent!

Example of a 5-day canoe trip
You are going on a 5-day canoe trip from Drying 1 July to Ry on 5 July and need 4 overnight stays along the way. You want a rest day and will therefore stay two nights in the same place.
How to book a Family Tent:
1/7 - First overnight stay: Åstedbro Campsite
2/7 - Second overnight stay: Vestbirk Camping
3/7 - Third night of accommodation: Vestbirk Camping (rest day)
4/7 - Fourth night: Gammel Rye Campsite
5/7 - You will arrive at Ry and ends the trip
Important:
- Each overnight stay must Booked separately.
- The tent you choose when booking is the one you'll need on arrival.
- Tip: If you are staying two nights in the same place, it is recommended to Book the same tent for both nights (e.g. Vestbirk Tent 2 2/7 and 3/7) so you don't have to move your tent.
- And Family tent har four cots.
- It is allowed to book up to five peoplebut the fifth person must provide an alternative sleeping place themselves.
Example of a 2-day canoe trip
You want a 2-day canoe tripbut starts with an overnight stay before The journey begins.
How to book a Family Tent:
1/8 - First overnight stay: Åstedbro Campsite
2/8 - Start the canoe trip from Åstedbro Campsite → Sail to Vestbirk Camping
2/8 - Second overnight stay: Vestbirk Camping
3/8 - Sail on to Klostermøllewhere you end the tour
Important:
- The canoe must Bookable for 2 days from 2/8 - 3/8.
- Each overnight stay must Booked separately.
- The tent you choose when booking is the one you'll need on arrival.
- And Family tent har four cots.
- It is allowed to book up to five peoplebut the fifth person must provide an alternative sleeping place themselves.
Example of a 1-day canoe trip
You want a 1-day canoe trip with an overnight stay after the tour.
How to book a Family Tent:
15/7 - Start the canoe trip from Drying ring → Sail to Gudenå Camping
15/7 - Accommodation: Gudenå Camping in a Family Tent
Important:
- The canoe must Booked for 1 day the 15/7.
- The accommodation must Booked separately.
- The tent you choose when booking is the one you'll need on arrival.
- And Family tent har four cots.
- It is allowed to book up to five peoplebut the fifth person must provide an alternative sleeping place themselves.
Example of a 3-day canoe trip
You are going on a 3-day canoe trip from Åle Teltplads on 16/6 to Ry on 18/6 and need 2 overnight staysalong the way.
How to book a Family Tent:
16/6 - Start the canoe trip from Åle Campsite → Sail to Vestbirk Camping and spend the night there.
17/6 - Sail on to Gammel Rye Campsite and spend the night there.
18/6 - Sail on to Ry and finish the journey.
Important:
